OUR MISSION

The 26.2 Foundation is a philanthropic non-profit 501(c)3 organization with community roots in Hopkinton, MA and international reach. We make investments in programs that promote education, fitness and health. We also create and lead international programs that promote economic and business development, local and international academic initiatives and government relations.

Programs include:

• Government and public initiatives in local, state, national and international settings

• Facilitating international relations and economic development

• Celebrating the sport of marathoning regionally, nationally and globally

• Creating and supporting multi-generational wellness, fitness, and educational programs

• Establishing the International Marathon Center

• Investing in programs that advance the civic image of Hopkinton, MA, the MetroWest region and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Conceiving of, facilitating and leading fund-raising projects
